This is brand new hostel and they clean every day. They serve complimentary home-made breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Samal! The location is fantastic, it is close to art museum and the Almaty Theatre. They provide free locker, slippers, and a towel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel! The administrators were very kind, friendly, and always willing to help. The hostel was clean, cozy, and comfortable. One of the best things about this place is that it is women-only, which makes it feel safe and comfortable. The location is also excellent — it’s close to Sairan and has easy access to different parts of the city. I highly recommend this hostel and would be happy to stay here again!

We stayed at this hostel for 3 days and 2 nights while attending the 2024 Almaty Marathon. The bed was comfortable, its a bunk bed, the facility was clean, and the staff were supportive. The kitchen was spotless, though the toilet didn’t have a bidet. The location is great, near a mall with everything you need, and booking a taxi with Yandex Go was easy.
