The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were friendly, and the check-in process was quick and easy. Even though I stayed for only one night, everything was great. Loved it!

I stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. Unfortunately before arrival I was very sick with an infection and needed a place to recoup. The hotel went above and beyond to help me during my stay. Through organizing a doctor, sending someone to translate, getting me medication at the pharmacy and sending food outside of breakfast hours, the entire staff were exceptional. I would 100% recommend staying here for the hospitality and kindness alone.

Best place to stay in Bishkek, view is great , its clean and cozy, kitchen is good , customer service on top. Would recommend place definitely , if u visit Bishkek i would recommend to stay there.

Check-in process was easy. Lumi met me outside the property and a was very helpful. The property was quite new and clean.
