We loved our stay at Chaika while cycling along Issyk Kul. The rooms were comfortable, the food was freshly prepared and plentiful, and we had everything we needed. We were there in the summer and loved the outdoor dining and garden with fresh apricots, but the thing that made it stand out was the wonderful hospitality from the whole family. I was the first customer from booking, I can confirm the place exists it's clean, comfortable, run by a really nice family. There is a yurt or a dorm option. There is electricity, showers and a small kitchen with foodstuffs. I highly recommend it. Very nice place.

This is a clean, quiet well managed hostel. We had a private room. There are two big kitchens, plenty of bathrooms and a lovely common room with glodfish. It's hard to find by Google maps, bit a great location by the lake and the abandoned railway tracks. We walked to Muras, a great restaurant, in less than half an hour. Also walking distance to the abandoned Agitpunkt and abandoned port, and a beautiful pier.
