Hotel is clean, staff are very accomodating. Food is good.

Check-in process was easy. Lumi met me outside the property and a was very helpful. The property was quite new and clean.

Location was nice and close to a big market where I can buy anything Close to the airport which served my purpose.

It was very quiet, nicely decorated, fully equipped, delicious breakfast and with really good customer service. Jazgul in the customer service, made sure I’m very comfortable and took the time to explain to me all the services and answers all my questions. I never felt that welcome anywhere else. Thanks 🙏

Clean. Polite staff. Very comfy bed! Nice to relax in a little luxury after roughing it in the Pamirs for two weeks. Make sure you have downloaded Google Translate because not everyone speaks English.

I stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. Unfortunately before arrival I was very sick with an infection and needed a place to recoup. The hotel went above and beyond to help me during my stay. Through organizing a doctor, sending someone to translate, getting me medication at the pharmacy and sending food outside of breakfast hours, the entire staff were exceptional. I would 100% recommend staying here for the hospitality and kindness alone.

Novotel is very modern! When I'm in a new place, whether I like it or not sometimes there's a culture shock. It can disorient me, and to put things in perspective Novotel introduces that familiarity.
