Very clean and friendly staff

The location and the hot springs bath were the best in the Top Ten Hotel. We selected this property specifically for the hot springs bath, and it met our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Based on the picture I would expect a bigger building as it is in reality, but despite that we spend a very nice time there. It was the best place where we stayed during our trip in South Korea. We were on a top floor and had an amazing view on the sea from our room. It is very close to the hotel and the area is quiet so we could fall asleep listening to the sea. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly. Shops and restaurants are nearby. It is easier to reach by taxi, but for a longer walking distance bus stops are available.

Breakfast was plentyful but there was no heat applied to keep the food warm, so most of the food inscluding soup was room temperature. The rice was hot though

I love the location !! It’s literally right next to the beach ! The room is clean and nice ! Even though I booked a deluxe lake room, I could still see the beach from the room’s balcony..

The breakfast staff was extremely nice, and the food was delicious. The hotel is in a very good location, close to everything you need. There is a public bus stop right at the hotel, making it easy to access great restaurants. The price was very reasonable, and my overall experience with this property was fantastic. I highly recommend it!"

The museum is great but don’t do the mistake and sleep there . The beds are very hard and from 17:00 till 09:00 in the morning u cant get even a cup of coffee. It was a great disappointment.

Clean new building with a great view

Staff was very polite and always willing to help and answer all of my questions. Room was spacious and with the nice lake view. Location was great: close to the lake and to the Gyeongpo beach, also a bus stop was nearby.

I picked this place because it’s just a 3-minute walk from Gangneung Station, which is such a fantastic location, and the tiger theme looked unique and stylish. I actually went to Gangneung because I really wanted to visit Ojukheon, so I think I was even more drawn to this Korean-meets-Oriental vibe :) Once we arrived, I could tell right away the concept is very clear and well done—there are tiger minhwa paintings, and even a little tiger tail in the room that was just too adorable. My daughter and I literally squealed out loud😆 Since it’s newly opened, everything felt clean and well maintained, and the diffuser with that forest scent was such a nice touch. And the mini yut-nori set was so clever! I only ever associated yut-nori with holidays, so playing it in such an unexpected place was surprisingly fun. We had a proper healing stay at a truly special accommodation. Next time, I’d love to come back with friends and try the private bath package. Wishing you continued success!
