It was very comfortable...better than I thought it would be

Impressed with cleanness, though I had to change a room as my first room had cigarettes smell. The second room was better though i still had to leave the window open for the night.

As it was expensive for stay, breakfast was sacrificed. The staff is excellent and quick service was experienced. Mostly English speaking staff, so communication was easy.

The location of the hotel is SO convenient! Just a few steps away from Hoegi station. It's quite an interesting and lively area with several universities nearby; I had expected it to be sleepier being a bit farther out, but it's bustling! Lots of late night/24 hour restaurants available.

We had misplaced our phone in a taxi and the hotel staff helped us out to find it.

I was very satisfied with the breakfast and had a hearty meal. The facilities were also extremely clean and comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were all very kind and welcoming, so I was able to relax and rest well. Thank you

The location was amazing. The room was nice, and the bed was super comfortable.

The experience was wonderful, an impressive variety of delicious food and exceptionally friendly staff. What truly made it unforgettable was how the team went out of their way to celebrate my twin daughter's 9 month milestone, even without me mentioning it, That thoughtful gesture meant so much to me, and i deeply appreciate it.

The view of the city is magnificent. Limousine buses from the airport are available.

It’s far from the subway but very good room and facilities and excellent staff very cooperative I didn’t try the breakfast

There is nothing to like when a hotel shows such blatant disregard for its guests. The only thing worth mentioning is that the booking process was simple—too bad everything after that was a nightmare.

The location is supplemented with quite a few amenities in the area.
