Excellent choice to explore Jeju and to relax. Appreciate the fact that the swimming pool was open till 10pm. The deposit collection 400,000 krw was a bit strange, though. Free Mini bar in the room , refilled every day, with water and other drinks was unexpected but truly appreciated. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

We enjoyed the space and the amenities. Our children really liked the indoor waterpark. It felt very safe and there were always lifeguards and staff doing rounds and monitoring everyone was safe. We would love to comeback.

The hotel is gorgeous. Everything is clean, well designed, nicely decorated, and spacious. The staff is kind and professional. There are plenty of shops you can go to without leaving the resort. I profoundly enjoyed my whole stay there.

The location was near bus stops, restaurants, a grocery store, several convenient stores and Trail 10 on the Jeju Olle Trail. The staff was very friendly and addressed me in English when I checked in. The daily cleaning of the room is impressive. I happened to travel solo, but I was assigned a room with a double bed and a twin. The spa tub was definitely an added bonus.
