The service was outstanding, with incredible attention to detail from the staff. We were honored to stay in the oldest authentic room and enjoy a fantastic traditional Sri Lankan breakfast with the owners in their beautiful garden full of trees and flowers. This property is a hidden gem nestled in the lush hills of Kandy. The peace and serenity it offers are beyond words. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The staff were warm, incredibly attentive, and made us feel like family. The food was delicious and freshly prepared with local ingredients. It’s the perfect place to disconnect and relax in nature.

We stayed at Royal Lion Hotel during our trip to Kandy and had a great experience! The rooms were spacious and clean—just wow! The breakfast was absolutely delicious and gave us a perfect start to the day. The staff were very nice, friendly, and always ready to help. It's a new place in Kandy so we wanted to try it out and we have no regrets. The place and architecture was so amazing. Rooms are spotless and clean and facilities were great. The staff werre very friendly and the chef was very kind. He spoke to us personally and made sure we were pampered with our dinner. We absolutely loved it. We took so many photos throughout the property and spent the evening in the pool. Absolutely worth every penny.
