A calm, nature-filled place that feels very private. The design is clean and open, and it blends really well with the surroundings. Waking up to peacocks and wildlife right outside the room was a unique experience. The pool was honestly one of the highlights very clean, peaceful, and just nice to spend time at. The food was fresh, and the staff were friendly and easy to deal with. The gym was also a nice touch I’m into CrossFit, so having that option made the stay even better.

The location is beautiful, right on peaceful paddy fields and far away from the hustle and bustle of Ahangama. The staff was very kind and friendly, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Great value for money!

I loved that all elements of life were there! The pool (water) completes it and makes for the lack of a natural waterbody! Very zen place! Loved everything about the place. It is just the right distance inland away from noise too! The gated entrance gives a sense of real security as well. I stayed in the dbl room with pool and paddy view. Will definitely come back off season too! Oh the complimentary breakfast was so heart filling too.

We were really happy to stay at Kiri's Heaven! The staff and rooms were exemplary and we intend on coming back again. Could not recommend them more ❤️

Ambience, hospitality Worth it for the money.

We spent unforgettable days at Hotel SOLA with our family, and it truly felt like a little paradise. Nestled in the lush gjungle, the hotel offered a unique jungle atmosphere that we absolutely loved. The natural surroundings were full of life—monkeys, peacocks and plenty of different birds. It was peaceful, immersive, and deeply relaxing. The rooms are spacious, and beautifully designed with nature in mind. We especially appreciated the private balconies that looked out over the gardens. Our kids had the time of their lives! Between splashing around in the large pool, exploring the wide-open estate, and learning about all the local fruit trees, they were constantly engaged and excited. They even got to enjoy fresh coconuts picked straight from the trees, which was a total highlight. The food was awesome and a great combination of Sri Lankan and continental cuisine. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, Hotel SOLA exceeded all of our expectations. It’s a perfect destination for families looking to relax, reconnect with nature, and create lasting memories.

Beautiful house inside jungle! Great breakfast!

Uyana is an amazing hotel, it exceeded our expectations. The location is close but secluded at the same time. The pool was wonderful and the room was so spacious and super comfortable with the perfect view. Everyone on the team was so kind but I must say Janaka is the best hotel manager anyone could find. He was extremely helpful and very accomodating. I highly recommend Uyana!

We loved this place very much! Everything was just perfect and unforgettable --- the artistic and beautiful gardening, the stylish and clean room, the lovely pool and dining area, and, the wonderful Mariya :) Things are only beyond your expectation here, Mariya cooks amazing breakfast, with thoughtful design and a warm heart. The arrangements in the room are also very considerate, even with toothbrushes, shower sponge and slippers, which are not offered in general in SriLanka. We loved the plants of the garden, the lighting of the room, and specially, the wise & sweet conversation we had with Mariya. Highly recommended to everyone who is searching for uniqueness. Mariya and her aesthetic philosophy will not disappoint you in any aspect. And "feeling like home" is just a basic compliment to this place---- we felt impressed, refreshed, filled with good energy and enlightened by lovely humankind.

We had an amazing stay at Tekanda Lodge. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the property is truly wonderful. The location is peaceful and privat, still only a few minutes to the beach and restaurants with a tuk tuk. The food was amazing and we enjoyed the community dinner in the evening. Highly recommended if you vist Ahangama.

The location !!! The place itself is a gem if you are searching a quite place at short ride or walking distance to cafe / restaurant. The staff is amazing , always willing to help. Excellent breakfast.

Pool and property are great! It’s nice that we have access to the kitchen. Room was clean. AC was great as well as the hot showers. It is a bit noisy because of the road and the ‘windows’ don’t all have glass and just mesh/netting so you hear all the car noises, but it wasn’t too bad with ear plugs. And at least it keeps the bugs out. Staff were friendly, laundry service was affordable. We had a fridge in our room which is always a plus. And there’s a common area with some workout equipment too!
