I liked the peaceful location of the hotel, which is situated on the landside, about 1.5 km from the beach. I ordered Sri Lankan breakfast, and it was very tasty and well prepared. The place is calm and relaxing, perfect for a comfortable stay.

A gem of a place. Tranquil and beautiful with views of the lake. Pool was clean and inviting. Rooms were spacious (we were in the family room) and all the staff were wonderful. It was a short tuk tuk ride to the beach which was loved to do. Great food to boot.

We stayed one night at Tranquil Escape Villa and really enjoyed our time there. Place is very calm and peaceful, nice to relax and rest. Mr Patrick is very friendly and helpful person. He took care of everything for us and made us feel very welcome. Morning he prepared western breakfast and it was amazing, everything tasty and fresh. We also tried the high tea in evening and it was really good with nice garden view. Swimming pool was very nice to use in the hot weather. Room was clean and bed very comfortable to sleep. Really good value for money. Everything perfect and we will surely come again. Thank you Mr Patrick for your kind hospitality.
