Wow wow.I travelled for my 30th birthday.They upgraded my room , and prepared a birthday cake for me. The reception team was extra friendly and helpful given i was a solo traveller. I had the best view of the mountains and the waterfall. It was the best gift to myself to be honest.Will i be back again? ABSOLUTELY

The staff was so very attentive, checking in on us multiple times a day to see if we needed anything. The breakfast was wonderful. The room was very spacious, the bathroom was well equipped with the best hot shower we’ve had in our one month in Sri Lanka!

The view was super nice, the food in lunch was great. The location is very near to waterfall. The staff were friendly with us all the time. And the gift i received when i was leaving the place, it was wonderful way to say goodbye.

If you’re looking for the best room with a view in Nuwara Eliya, this is the place to be. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking with lush greenery, serene natural sounds, and even a waterfall right within view. No matter how long you stay, it’s the kind of view you’ll never get tired of. The hospitality of the owners was truly heartwarming, they made me feel at home the moment I arrived. Their warmth, combined with the delicious food they served, added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. I highly recommend Natural View Resort to anyone planning a trip to Nuwara Eliya and I can confidently say I’ll be returning on my next visit. Tip: For exploring the area, I strongly suggest asking the owner to be your driver and guide. You’ll see more of Nuwara Eliya at a fair price and with much more trust and ease.

Nalinda is a great host. He knows exactly what trekkers need. We were 6 hikers in 3 groups and he made a delicious and ample community dinner for all of us, catering for everyone's eating preferences (vegetarian etc). Since wifi doesn't even work well in that location, we had a great time chatting together over dinner. He also brought a huge breakfast because he knows stage 3 is a long one. Plus a hot shower and a clean room with comfy beds…couldn't ask for more. Def plan to stop here after Pekoe Trail Stage 2.

The venue, arrangement, food and hospitality were all top tier. Would definitely recommend to a friend or a colleague to pay a visit to stay here. Mr. Pathirana, the owner warmly welcomed us and briefed us about the facilities and amenities. He recommended us the exceptionally good Pittu (which we claim the best Pittu we ever had) cooked for dinner by his cook, Mr. Chaminda. And he recommended to us their special Kiribath (milk rice) made from a special rice for breakfast. The room was very cozy and had everything we needed. The room had a bathroom and an outdoor shower carved out of a single granite. The backyard of the room was a small hill, grown with flowers and vegetables. On top of the hill (about 25m-50m away from the room), there was a swing decorated with flowers. The dinner and the breakfast were filling and tasty. Mr. Asanka warmly arranged the table for us. After breakfast, Mr. Chaminda walked us to their nearby land to show us their vegetable garden, water lily (Olu) pond and the well next to the Kubuk tree. It was an unforgettable stay for us and we thank Mr. Pathirana, Mr. Chaminda, Mr. Asanka and Mr. Pathirana's wife for that.
