Lovely place, quiet and clean with very large spacious rooms & bathrooms. Peaceful and were left to our own accord which suited us. About a 30 min ish walk to the main strip of Negombo but an Uber is literally 260LKR (70p) n is less than 10 minutes.

Location, in old Dutch quarter within same yard of old rest house-a colonial building now an old fashioned restaurant. Rooms upstairs all have balconies facing the sea which is just outside the wall. At night, the only sound is waves. Across the big meadow is Dutch fort ruin and fish market, about 17 minutes walk to train station and shopping area.

Everything! I liked the room and the staff. Breakfast was amazing and I felt treated like a queen. I highly recommend this place💛💛

This is the perfect hotel for the beginning or end of anyone's trip to Sri Lanka. Excellent facilities, delicious breakfast, a comfortable room in a great location, and Basil the manager is a kind and incredibly helpful guide for anything you need in Negombo. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough.

Nice views from the top floor. Very clean, good baths and beds(though on soft side). Buffet breakfast and dinner is excellent with good choice. Service quality is good. Parking available. 20mins to airport.

Location quiet & peaceful residential area. Rooms spacious, neat and clean. Swimming pool well maintained. Breakfast nice. Grocery store close-by. Walking distance from beach. Overall Value For Money.

I had the most wonderful stay at Maria Villa By Blue Bird Hotel in Negombo.Our highlight was the staff: very nice guys🥰❤️, who take care of the hotel and the guests. , making us feel right at home. The room was cozy and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of fresh . The peaceful surroundings added to the overall charm of the place. I highly recommend Maria Villa By Blue Bird Hotel for a delightful and relaxing getaway .(we always had it for our own during our stay).

I had an ocean view room. It overlooked the pool and coconut palm trees, followed by the beach and the ocean. The staff is all on board for making your stay a pleasant one. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all very good. Sometimes, you just want to settle in and truly relax. This is the place to do this. Always hot water and good water pressure. AC and ceiling fab for your comfort. Room serviced every day. Always tip your your cleaner, you need the karma.

Normally quiet, hospital, new stylish room. Thank you for the mosquito net, it needed there - and a room with it is ideal for me. They even help me to send postcards!
