The healthy food tasted surprisingly good, the staff was exceptional. Shamil gave great massages throughout my stay. I stayed not knowing about the ayurveda treatments per say, but just wanted a place to get away and relax and this place afforded that opportunity.

I like the Villa and it is not a very massive villa just small and cozy, with 2 bedrooms and kitchen and sitting lounge and outside a mini Garden is available and it is peaceful. The food which was cooked by that local lady in the hotel was very nice they made Sri Lankan food but still it tasted very good. They had a therapy centre within the same Villa to avail massage services.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment i arrived. Room was clean and tidy. Food was super.

Hotel is full of trees and greeneries. It has a clean sweeming pool.A very quiet ambience.The hotel owner was very helpful. Ideal for retirees.

Chami, the owner of the Villa and Rathur were so kind in helping us with organizing for us different tours and facilities. Rathur has taught me surfing🏄‍♀️ I had two classes with Rathur and on the second one I was already confidently surfing.😍 The team has supported whatever request we had. We have traveled with family and with elders and all our family really liked the Villa and the team and their support. The rooms were very clean, which was important for us. And the Villa was located in such a good location that there was a sea food restaurant exactly behind the villa. It was very near to the market 5 minute with tuk tuk 🛺 or 10-15 minute by foot. It was near to the train which is good in case one wants to travel around by train. The beach was very clear and very near to the villa, just 10 minute walk and if you ask Rathur, he will show the shortest way to there as well. The most importantly the beach was exactly what I was expecting for swimming.

Everything about this place is totally above board ... Staff very attentive and always willing to do more ''no job to big for these guys '' 😊 The cleaner is a wonderful lady always happy to help and is always smiling 😊🙏 Rooms are very clean and a reasonable price .. Stone's throw to the best beach in Sri Lanka so far' very very clean

Had wonderful stays at EKHO spacious room with outstanding POOL and BEACH views DELICIOUS breakfast with plenty of dishes helpful STAFF what else do you need 😁 specially DANANJAY, MALEESHA, KANCHANA and more I don’t remember the names all of them are great 😊 such a great staff 😘 Thank you guys 🫶🏻

What to say? This was an exceptional experience due to the amazing traditional villa the rooms were in, set in a beautiful tropical garden of more than a hectare and run by the friendliest, loveliest couple you could imagine. Not all the rooms deserve a 10, but the overall experience does.
