Staff were very helpful, and the check-in was easy. Comfortable room with AC and hot shower. A breakfast was offered, but I didn't try it. The hotel is not in the center of town, but close enough to walk in. Cheap Tuk Tuk otherwise. A functional establishment, without a lot of glamour.

Very friendly staff, able to guide us for sightseeing, vegetarian restaurant near by etc. Though rooms are part of large banquet hall, as there was no program, it was quiet.

Ran by a wonderful family: this organization is working on mending the relationship between donkey and human. We stayed at the donkey clinic for a couple nights and got to know the impact of this place. We highly recommend you come stay at the clinic or at least come for a proper tour and get to know the donkeys and the people behind the project. A cozy place tucked away from the noisy town centre and run by a welcoming family. It was quiet and peaceful and surrounded by fresh air. They gave me an upgraded room without any additional cost! I'd definitely stay here again whenever I am back in Mannar.

It was ok for 2 nights but the size of the room was very small for 2 people. It is wrong in the description. It would be nice to correct it so the guests know what to expect. There is a balcony but no chairs so I don't understand the point of having a balcony without chairs. We didn't want to be sitting in the small room so we were sitting outside on the terrace floor! Not very comfortable.
