Secluded location inside the "jungle". Owners (Madhu & Ronald) are very nice and helpful. Ronald organized tours in the area (Sigiriya), and dropped us at the railway station on the last day, I sprained my ankle and Madhu provided free aryuvedic massage, which helped a lot.

During my trip to Polonnaruwa, my car broke down in Habarana, forcing me to stay overnight. I booked a room at Gabaa Resort, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience despite the unexpected situation. The staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help me find a reliable garage and get my car fixed promptly. The room was clean and comfortable, providing much-needed relaxation. The dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious, exceeding my expectations. Though my stay was brief, the exceptional service and hospitality left a lasting impression. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

We stayed a night at Tiara Elephant Lodge and it was so peaceful and mind relaxing.. The swimming pool was well maintained.. The food was delicious.. The staff was very friendly, helpful and pleasant, specially Mr. Athula.. He made things very convenient for us... We enjoyed our stay....

The staff were warm and effiecient making the whole process easy, the breakfast was awesome. Overall the resort blended with comfort, great service and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing gateway-can't wait to return.

Dinner was excellent, very flavorful and served with kindness. View was great. The bathroom is wonderful, loved the different shower settings. Pool is cute and well maintained. The hosts/caretakers are very kind and do their best to make the stay good.

The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature, creating a very relaxing atmosphere away from busy areas. The restaurant was excellent and we really enjoyed most of the dishes — the food was fresh and flavorful. Overall, the place feels very calm and perfect for unwinding.

This is by far the best place we have stayed in Sri Lanka so far! The place itself is outstanding, and the owners are absolutely wonderful. The bed was super comfortable, the room was spotlessly clean, and both the air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. We also loved the delicious breakfast and really appreciated having good hot water in the shower and absolutely no mosquitoes. A perfect stay!

Staff were so welcoming and helpful. Cooked us Sri Lanka n dinner on arrival and carried our bags. Organized onwards transport for us. The actual accomodation was amazing, so cool, so clean, comfy beds. Loved it!!
