Location and the size of the condo

The room is right next to the beach, so we could swim in the sea anytime we wanted. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they clean the beach regularly, which keeps it nice and tidy. The food is also good. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Divinguru, where we booked our whale watching and snorkeling trips to Pigeon Island. We enjoyed every sunrise and sunset here.

Great location, with straight access to the beach. Staff were super helpful and welcome, the manager Roshan was looking after us with a smile at all times. He helped us with arrangements for taxis on our little trips around. The rooms had AC, were cleaned and bed was comfy.

hotel facilities are great.the location is amazing,the pool is great and breakfast is wow! dinner options are great as well. the hotel arranges attraction packages.And ,I had a wonderful stay, everyone is just so nice,and helpful and the level of hospitality is just unmatched. I wanted to rent a scooter and they organized it super quickly.🙏 And one more thing, I will definitely come back with my family another day and experience this wonderful atmosphere. 👍

The staff make this property so enjoyable!!! Roshan at the front is amazing! The restaurant staff is great! Lawloo, the bartender is so friendly! All the cleaners were kind and helpful!

Nothing to say, very bad service.we were booked through booking.com when we arrived no rooms,1 pm check in time they gave us 8 adults 2 children only 3 rooms 5pm.

Large, clean, comfy room overlooking the green courtyard. Extremely helpful and friendly, knowledgeable staff who arranged motor scooter hire, a snorkeling trip, and a tut tut back into Trincomalee bus station on our final day. All the food was delicious, choice of Sri Lankan or western breakfast, and we were able to buy beer at the restaurant. A short walk from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and whole heartedly recommend this accommodation - it’s good value for money for the size of room. A tut tut into the city costs SLR $1500-2000

I felt like this was my home away from home! I had actually booked a different place, but immediately felt uncomfortable there, so last minute I booked here at Avila Nilaveli Beach Hotel and came by tuk tuk. Since I gave no advanced booking notice, the manager wasn't around when I arrived. The staff there immediately started making me comfortable with some cold juice, and they showed me to my room, even though I hadn't officially checked in yet. The rooms are very nice, clean, roomy, modern with very comfortable beds and A/C! The shower is very comfortable. They provide fantastic delicious breakfasts each morning! The grounds are beautiful and it is only two minutes walking distance from the beach. They kept bringing me bottled water and hot tea to keep me hydrated throughout the day! They are very helpful to hook you up with any tours or sightseeing that interests you. They also provide airport transfers and drivers for your needs. Their friends gather around in the evenings with a fun jovial atmosphere, and include you as if you are part of their family! I felt very welcome and comfortable during my entire stay!
