immaculately presented, clean and super comfortable place. stunning garden, wildlife abundant and spectacular. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, helpful. nothing was too much trouble for them. It felt like they were old friends rather than employees. Every detail works seamlessly — everything is spotless, efficient, and beautifully maintained. What stood out most was the staff. From management to housekeeping, everyone was genuinely kind, attentive, and professional. A special thank you to Manager Bertrom, who anticipated our needs before we even expressed them, both for business and leisure , which made our stay effortless. Also, Hiram, the lovely and gracious restaurant manager, and the welcoming reception team added such a warm and personal touch. The food was excellent, noticeably better than what we’ve experienced at many other hotels. This hotel should truly be an example to others. We felt cared for at every level, and it made all the difference.
