Ran by a wonderful family: this organization is working on mending the relationship between donkey and human. We stayed at the donkey clinic for a couple nights and got to know the impact of this place. We highly recommend you come stay at the clinic or at least come for a proper tour and get to know the donkeys and the people behind the project. Everything. The individual chalets are so beautifully done. Very spacious and gives you absolute privacy. Meals were simple but delicious and the small staff are very friendly and helpful. Such a great place to relax. Gem of a hotel.

Staff were very helpful, and the check-in was easy. Comfortable room with AC and hot shower. A breakfast was offered, but I didn't try it. The hotel is not in the center of town, but close enough to walk in. Cheap Tuk Tuk otherwise. A functional establishment, without a lot of glamour.

Peaceful, rural experience of Mannar. Simple, clean, warm, friendly - and yes, delicious local food. Every corner of Sri Lanka is so different and so special and I'm happy to get a glimpse of Mannar life.

A cozy place tucked away from the noisy town centre and run by a welcoming family. It was quiet and peaceful and surrounded by fresh air. They gave me an upgraded room without any additional cost! I'd definitely stay here again whenever I am back in Mannar.
