The rooms are exceptionally large and beautifully designed, with every little detail carefully thought through. From the massive bathtub (even too big for two), the super comfortable oversized bed with great sheets, to the reserve collection Spa Ceylon toiletries and elegant fixtures, everything feels luxurious and works perfectly. The lighting, color tones, and greenery outside the windows create a calm, stylish atmosphere, with lots of natural light and very high ceilings that still feel intimate and cozy. The staff are well trained, so they felt attentive without being intrusive. Breakfast was high quality and quite expansive tbh. The pool is huge with plenty of loungers, making the whole place feel spacious and relaxed, almost like staying in a large boutique villa with friends. Biggest treat was that the surrounding rice paddies filled up so many fireflies at night, the setting is absolutely magical. There are lovely jungle roads nearby for running, a great yoga space, and the couple’s massage was the best we had in Sri Lanka (better than other boutique hotels and at a lower price..) This place is now in our top 5 boutique hotels in Sri Lanka .

I had a wonderful time here. The food is super fresh and tasty, the staff are incredibly knowledgeable about Sri Lanka and are happy to share it with you. The views over the paddy fields are breathtaking and I loved the peaceful atmosphere of it all, and still you're just a tuktuk drive away from the next beach and the city of Galle. Thank you, I hope to be back another time!

This place was our best stay so far in Sri Lanka , the staff a very friendly and got upgraded to triple room with pool view, and welcomed us with drinks and smiles , the villa has two swimming pool which are stunning and clean, we couldn’t get enough swimming even it was raining but was good experience, the breakfast was great and overall the treatment we got was good , offering us complimentary water and drinks when we was in the pool was a great touch from the staff , definitely worth the stay and will recommend, will visit again once I come back to Sri Lanka

A unique hotel with responsive staff! This hotel is unlike any other because it's located right in a wildlife sanctuary! It offers complete immersion in the jungle while maintaining a luxurious quality of life! An excellent restaurant with traditional Sri Lankan cuisine adapted with a modern twist! Ruan and his team are beyond praise! Kanti in the kitchen is a kind culinary goddess! After leaving the hotel, I still remember the local vibe, and my soul longs to repeat the experience!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The location was very convenient—close to the train station, Talpe Beach, and right by the main road, which made getting around really easy. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of tasty options to start the day. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool table. The staff were incredibly kind and even took the time to teach us how to play, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We spent hours playing pool, laughing, and having fun with our friends—even staying up late into the night. It created such a lively and memorable atmosphere. The swimming pool was also fantastic—clean, refreshing, and perfect for relaxing. Overall, it was a fun and memorable stay with great hospitality. We would definitely love to visit again!
