Super convenient for the airport, extremely clean, very stylish and comfortable with a lovely breakfast. Mr Dinesh is so welcoming and accommodating and can easily organise airport pick up. Our flight ran very late so we booked an uber which cost about £11, so very resonable.

We loved everything about this place. The property is beautiful and very peaceful. The rooms were very comfortable that we wanted to stay more in the rooms than go out. "Had an amazing stay! The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed. If you are traveling on a budget this little hotel is perfect. It’s only 30 minutes by car to the capital Columbo and 30 minutes to the airport. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The food is plentiful and lovely. The beds were comfortable and the AC was very much welcomed in the hot days! Marcus, the pool attendant, was always helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, nothing was too much trouble.

The Family Beach Villa is located in very quiet neighborhood just between the airport and busy Colombo. So it is perfect place to start or finish your trip. The host family is very friendly and welcoming. Ashan always makes sure everyone is fine and helps to organize your next trip. The beach is not suitable for swimming but Villa has lovely swimming pool. There are couple of nice restaurants around. I will definitely be staying there at the end of my trip. I recommend this place if you are looking for easy quiet time, good for single travelers as for families with little kids.

An amiable and helpful gentleman, Joseph, provided us with everything that we could ask for and We had an enjoyable time with stunning views all around. There are restaurants groceries lovely Sri Lankan, rice and curry, but most of all a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere in this area. I would recommend it for anybody who wishes a short stay or for the long hall since taxis are also very easy to come by. Best of all no mosquitoes!

We loved the down to earth hospitality of all the staff. Specially Dinesh, who stands out the crowd as a professional. Kind and jovial he knows how to row the boat gently and professionally. The chef did an excellent job as the restaurant boys. We can not thank them enough for a job well done.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The owner was not friendly and was extremely rude throughout our interaction. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were not welcomed because we were locals. His attitude was unprofessional, and even though we had a valid booking, he treated us with disrespect. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Hospitality should be extended equally to all guests, regardless of where they come from, and unfortunately, that was not the case here.

The hotel has a few years, but it still has its charm. Its clean, nicely decorated, with ac and the swimming pool was a plus. The staff was friendly and you could eat there. Locationwise you need a car or pick me to get around or go to the beach. The beach in front of the hotel is pretty to look at, but not to swim. I would come again to relax, i felt very comfortable and welcome there.

The rooms were so big and super clean. Wake up in the morning with the sound of the waves of the ocean is incredible. The Staff super welcome and available for any need, the responsable was super kind and organised for us also several tours. I really appreciated that, we also taken a dinner in the hotel one night. Everything so good.
