Extreme friendliness and kindness . Hicham and his crew will make you feel at home . After a long trip from Chicago going through a frustrating layover in Istanbul airport we missed our connection flight and our scheduled booking with the hotel. Yet the manager made sure we were rebooked smoothly. I can't thank Hicham enough for making things right. Also the area in the middle of the beautiful Taza mountains had absolutely beautiful breathtaking views . The food was excellent and served fresh and hot . Rare and genuine hospitality that just makes you want to go back .

Staff, soufiane was awaeome and helpful and the hotel is new and clean and very comfortable and family oriented. Comes either a modern cool looking design and there is a also a cafe that sevrves delicious breakfast. If you come to Taza look no further.
