From the moment you arrive, the property feels like a magnificent castle-like palace, with impressive architecture and an atmosphere that perfectly lives up to its name. Every detail reflects elegance and grandeur — from the majestic entrance to the beautifully maintained gardens, the stunning pool area, and the refined dining room. What made our stay even more exceptional was the outstanding level of service. The staff treated us with incredible care and professionalism throughout the entire experience. We were also wonderfully surprised to be upgraded to a majestic suite, which made the stay even more unforgettable. The suite was spacious, luxurious, and truly worthy of a royal experience. An extraordinary place that we highly recommend for anyone visiting Ouarzazate and looking for luxury, beauty, and impeccable hospitality.

This property has been completely renovated. We stayed here in the past, and you can see what a face lift the place has gotten. The new manager, Mr. Stephane, is the man for the job. My wife was sick and he offered to call a doctor and instructed his staff to take good care of us. He runs almost everywhere and you can see how energetic he is and the great job he’s doing to bring this property up to the standards of this hotel to where it ought to be. We were on our way to Merzouga. We plan on going back and staying a bit longer in Ouarzazate in this property.
