Location was vey convenient off the main road easy to reach and also close to carrefour if you need last minute items

The location was perfectly centralized for our activities (shopping, bowling, dining). The staff were great. They offered us several room options and let us change rooms on our second day. We had two rooms and one was poolside while the other had a nice balcony big enough to sit and enjoy breakfast and other meals. Finding us reliable taxi service was also much appreciated. And the late checkout helped us a great deal.

I loved the architecture, the garden, and the boutique-like service. The staff was super friendly. We also appreciated the open access to the installations of the Radisson Blu, a few meters away only.

Breakfast was good but not included in the rather high room price. We switched to another hotel with half the price and equally good breakfast was included and it was closer to the airport and they provided free transportationW

A very nice place in a great location, close to the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful, the shower had reliable hot water, and the room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout my visit, and I found the overall value for money to be excellent. Considering the price and convenient location, I honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable place with friendly staff and good basic amenities, this is a solid choice.

The EPROMs was comfortable, clean, air conditioning worked. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean, food excellent and service very good.

I liked everything about the hotel

Excellent breakfast- staff very focus on customer satisfaction- They pay to details and make sure I did not forget a thing in room. Front office staffs went over the bills to make sure everything is taken care of. Will definitely recommend the hotel. Thank you all.

My stay at this hotel coincided with the protests in October. Because of the police curfew, my flight was delayed from landing in the evening on a Saturday to Sunday morning. I had originally planned to stay for 2 nights, but the staff allowed me to pay for only 1 night due to the flight issues. There's a restaurant in the hotel that was excellent. The room was clean and staff spoke English. The front desk can exchange money if you let them know ahead of time. There's also an ATM about a block away.
