This hotel really surpassed my expectations! Every member of staff was so polite and friendly and most even knew my name and room number. Dinner and breakfast was from a set menu, unlike the buffet meals I had experienced at other hotels. The food was unbelievable (especially the beef tenderloin) and was a beautiful candlelit meal by the sea. I arrived late, after lunch had been served, and there was no food but the chefs were so kind enough to make something just for me The infinity pool overlooking the beach was beautiful and the beach is more private and quieter here making it my preference over the nearby flic en flac beach. A fantastic experience, would definitely recommend for a relaxing holiday by the sea! Thank you to all here for making my stay so memorable

Very friendly owners/host with great communication. The house was very clean (the cleanest of all the placed we stayed on our trip by far) which was fantastic as we were traveling with a child and baby. You are able to exit the front of the complex direct across from flic en flac Beach.

Krishna, the manager and his teams went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Both of my companions are disabled, the team went out of their way to help us by wheeling them everywhere they desire . The food is excellent with exotic variety. Services are top-notch.

I really liked the peaceful and comfortable atmosphere at Son House Studio. The studio was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with good facilities, including a kitchen, which made our stay very convenient. The balcony was also a lovely addition and made the stay even more enjoyable. The location in Flic-en-Flac was excellent, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and other amenities. Zub Express Indian Restaurant is very close by, and Carrefour Supermarket is also easily accessible for daily essentials. The owners were extremely kind, trustworthy, and helpful throughout our stay. They also arranged taxis and rental vehicles for us, which made travelling around Mauritius much easier and more convenient. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The combination of a great location, clean and well-equipped accommodation, a nice balcony, and the excellent support from the owners made our experience truly enjoyable. I would happily recommend Son House Studio to anyone visiting Flic-en-Flac.

Hospitality was topnotch.

Hospitality was topnotch. The Receptionist was polite and helpful - he made ordering food easy and stress free plus he answered lots of questions from me! Location good. Room neat and clean toilet.. Environment serene. Trees and great air. Good location - Easy to move around Flic. Went on a cruise and that was a good experience. Cascavelle Mall only a few minutes drive away. No WiFi extended to my room (only not so good experience)

Had everything in walking distance if you wanted no driving days. Lots of choice for restaurants, bars or food to buy and eat on the beach. Everybody was welcoming and friendly without exception. Very safe, did not have to worry about security of belongings etc on the beach.

Flic-en-Flac is centered around a major beach (very long, beautiful, protected by a reef). Warm enough to swim in July. Lots of (potentially sharp) coral fragments on the beach, however. A convenient base for day trips to the attractions in the south. A new shopping center has opened nearby. The area will see significant development in the coming years, for better or worse.

The place we stayed at was in a very quite location, was easily accessible to the beach,public transport to Port louis, and short drive to cascavelle shopping centre with a good road to the south and airport. The close proximity to the evening dining areas and active night life which was within walking distance was perfect with family and friends

Huge apartment set in a quiet street, just minutes away from the beach. Everything was well thought off, adapters for the socket, great shower pressure and above all the washing machine. We could wash everything after spending a week in Mauritius. Owner was super friendly and welcoming.

Resort has one of the most beautiful beach in Mauritius. Most of the staff always keep smile and are very polite. Resort itself is covered with palm trees and it looks great. Large and modern rooms with see views. Perfect holiday.
