The staff were amazing. Every single one of them always said hi I put a smile on their face. Anything that needed attention was done right away. hotel pura chacala is a very sweet, small and quiet property that is very well tended to as are the guests. gerry and crystal are available to attend to whatever you might need. they are both very friendly and helpful. the one bedroom apartment was spacious and clean and had what we needed to prepare some simple meals. it’s a bit of a steep walk back up from the beach so it helps to be able bodied. plus there are four flights of stairs to reach the roof top deck. the roof top deck itself is very pretty, has a washroom there and a gorgeous view. we weekend very comfortable staying here and will likely return next time we visit chacala.
