I did not have breakfast there

This centrally located place was in walking distance to the town center. The restaurant next door, REFUGIO was the perfect breakfast place. They served well and coffee was great. The spacious room was squeaky clean and the staff would asked if you needed room service. The water was hot and pressure great. I would definitely return back.

Room Location and quick access. Heated room with easy access. Great facilities. I did not use the pool, but it is available and seems nice.

Basically the hotel must have been premier in the 60s when it opened. It's all got this Price is Right, mall from Dawn of the Dead vibe to it. Like the showers have stone benches in them. Thing is it's been kept immaculatley! So for those who enjoy a little novelty when travelling, I recommend it, and for those who do like a nice place it is also good although it doesn't have that intragramable, white walls, big leaf plant thing that the most contemporary places have. Staff was very good, and here is the big thing, the breakfast is amazing!!!!!! You have to pay $250 MXP for it but it is well worth it. Location also really good. You are in historic center.

Very good location with 24 hour staff care. Comfortable bed. Facility and services are convenient for both leisure and work. We conducted a few business meetings in the hotel and the meeting rooms are wonderful.

This is an exceptional hotel and everyone in our group enjoyed their stay immensely. The rooms are beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The location is superb. Excellent value for money.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The people working there were super friendly and hospitable. It's in an excellent location in downtown Zacatecas, a 3 minute walk to the cathedral. Our room was large and comfortable, with a nice bed and new sheets and bedding. They provide drinking water, which is great - we don't want to fill the world with discarded plastic water bottles. They serve breakfast (which you pay for from a reasonably priced menu) and cafe de olla which is free. There's a rooftop terrace with a great view of the city, with cablecars to Cerro la Bufa going right over your head. It was great value, and as I've already mentioned, the staff are genuinely welcoming and helpful.

Very cute boutique hotel right in the old centro area. The entry/security locks on the door seemed confusing at first but were actually very easy once I understood the procedures; more a problem with my Spanish than the facility. Parking is in an off site lot just a few doors down from the hotel. I stayed there not knowing there was a parade through the Centro but despite the crowds, both the hotel and parking lot took good care of me. Thank you Lili! I would definitely go back when in Zacatecas.

Very beautiful building and central to everything. The staff were wonderful and the breakfasts delicious. They even let us park our motorbike in the foyer!!

Great location steps from the cathedral. Quiet street except for Saturday night. There was plenty of hot water, although it took many minutes to get there. WiFi signal was strong and reliable.
