Check in was fast and staff were very nice and helpful at all times. We even got a gorgeous and delicious Christmas dessert on the house delivered to our room! The place is beautiful and very clean, spacious, and well decorated. The view from our room was perfect, lots of trees and the beautiful patio made us feel relaxed and happy. It was great spending the night at the Hotel, we will definitely come back.

Great hotel with everything you need for work and rest. Location was great for me because it is very close to the UNAM, but the hotel is far away from the Historic Center of the city (Zocalo, Palacio de Bellas Artes, Palacio Nacional, etc). The hotel has a great restaurant, and the breakfast is fantastic. In front of the hotel, (2 minutes walking, literally), is the Perisur Mall, one of the biggest of the city, where you will find shops and resturants. Highly recommended.

I when to the cancerology hospital with my mom .it was really close walkable. Also the it has a gate to enter in the main door .you use your fingerprint. It was good and safe .I walk from The center of Tlanepantla to the hotel it took me 25minutes around 9 pm ,it was safe to walk
