Customer service was on point, room was clean, and close to many good restaurants and bars

The stay was reserved for my grandma, after her recent operation and the staff there were very accommodated and very pleasant to speak to regarding some of my concerns.

Yes..the personal were exceptional...Mr Miguel always cheerful and willing my dad who was on a wheel chair..you have the vest restaurant food in town.the rooms were always clean...and a very spotless. Location, the best, centrally located to Ave Juarez and centro ..I can't wait to come back.

Excellent location and lot of food and entertainment options, good breakfast , decent size rooms

The facilities are good for this price and free breakfast included much more than we expected! The ladies who work in the restaurant are amazing and you can feel that they like what they do if you just see the meals they prepare. Even a simple breakfast that consisted of a toast with jam and some fruit looked very delicious.

Staff was very friendly, Everything was very clean, food was very good at the restaurant. Most of all the bed and pillows were AMAZING!!

I’ve previously stayed in this place and it is a good hotel in great location near shopping center and restaurants. It has its own small weigh room and pool. Plus breakfast included.

The hotel is super clean . It’s very centric and you’re close to a lot of restaurants and the church . The customer service 10/10 . I would definitely go back to Royalty .
