The location is amazing. If you want to get away from the crowds, this is the place. We had the end room (number 11) and felt like we had the entire beach and view to ourselves. The room and view onto the sea was outstanding. There is very good snorkelling right on your doorstep. The staff were all very friendly and the food very good. Great food can be had in El Cardonal and delicious tacos de pescado y Cameron at the Taqueria "El Papilonn".

Gunnar, the host, was absolutely spectacular. He was incredibly responsive and provided excellent advice about where to go and what to do. Mantra itself is stunning: quiet, clean, new, and well appointed. One of the best places we've stayed in years.
