Location, facilities and friendliness of staff. Will definitely stay there again.

I loved the attention of the staff, they even remembered my last name even though I stayed for only on night. Concierge was amazing too. The breakfast was spectacular and dinner too.

Great price to quality of stay, not to expensive was great for my overnight stay. The actual architecture is older but in a quaint traditional way it feels like your staying in a real hotel in Mexico not a chain of hotels

The hotel has a great location, the rooms are super clean, and the personnel was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was so delicious, the location is very close to the beach, a few min walking. Also there is a grocery store in front of the hotel in case you missed something. The room had a kitchen, that was awesome.

Excellent location. beautiful views and pool, close to the beach, wonderful staff (Isaac), Very safe area. Basic kitchenettes but served our purposes well. Good Breakfast. Good parking.

The food was delicious, however I have food allergies and there weren't too many options for someone with fish allergies. Other than that everything was amazing. Staff was super friendly, Juveninto (sp?) our personal butler was amazing!

Stunning views. VERY CLEAN !! and front desk rep Juan was attentive, informative and very pleasant. A for sure must stay location if you are in the area. Also, a great on site restaurant and another amazing one next door.

This hotel is located in the heart of the artsy downtown and it's so cute! The staff is so kind and helpful. They just opened when we arrived, so there are a couple kinds to work out, but I think they will be an amazing boutique hotel. I hope that they keep the attention to detail and customers even as they grow and get busier.

Chill vibe with an amazing warm infinity pool and lazy river to help destress. The all inclusive was top notch and service excellent.

A garden in the middle of the city. Funky, almost like a tree house. This place has true boho flair- a palapa lounge, resident cats and dog and a cool little coffee bar. A bargain in the center of the historic district. Rooms are no frill with super comfortable beds and updated baths.

Rooms and staff are fabulous. Location couldn’t be better!!
