The staff was very helpful and polite over all professional

The hotel is in a good location, real close to the Naval museum and History museum. 5 -10 minutes to the Zocalo, the Malecon.and other attractions. It's an old hotel, very well run. Everything worked, and they provided free water.. Tip, near the Naval museum, next to the college and bakery is a bookstore. Go in, it's wonderfully set up. Also has a cafe, outdoor seating.

I liked the location and having a balcony.

Location is excellent, but maybe overvalued due building and rooms conditions.

The staff members were very kind, respectful and friendly! The rooms were clean daily and one of the best features was that they locked the main front doors at night and only people staying there would have access in. Giving it a safe atmosphere. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent Hotel, friendly staff helpfull , luggage storage if you need it, safe in room, There is one English channel Fox News on television , Beautiful hotel located on malecon close too many restaurants, bars and shops booked in advance got excellent rate.

Location and facilities Despite it is an old place the property is very well maintained

One block from the Zocalo and two blocks from the Marina. Great location. Lots of restaurants in the area. I love a balcony looking out to the sea.

Location excellent, wonderful ambiance. Excellently maintained centuries old building. Unexpected indoor swimming pool. Superb parking (indoor, direct access to hotel, outside options complicated) Exceptional service from the staff, quickly dealt with a small problem. Nice to easily see the Danzon performance in the plaza on Thursdays and Friday.

The location is as central as you can get. There are lots of restaurants and tourist sites within walking distance. The pool is clean.

Nice old fashion hotel, remodeling but still nice also the breakfast is sooopo nice and tasty I’m happy plus

Good location, close to the beach and centro. Bathroom and room were clean and spacious. Common area had nice chairs to sit in and nice decor. Kitchen was small but functional. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Location is the only good thing about this place.

The girls on the front desk are fantastic they're always there to help and very very personable I really like it here it's my favorite spot in Veracruz
