Everything was perfect but the check in was at 3pm and check out at 11am i been on different hotel boutiques in same area and the check in is at noon, and check out at 11am and they let you stay in pool area if you need extra time..

From the moment we arrived, Banyan Tree Veya offered a perfect blend of serenity, luxury, and thoughtful hospitality. The resort is beautifully designed, with lush surroundings and a calming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. I cannot stress how helpful and friendly everyone working at the resort was, from the team at reception to housekeeping. Breakfast was a daily delight, not only huge but absolutely delicious. The variety and quality were outstanding, with something to satisfy every craving. And a huge plus, it is served until 12pm every day, so no early morning rush! The spa was exceptional. Every treatment was delivered with care and expertise we had wraps and massages, leaving us feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. We also enjoyed a complimentary Sound Bath the morning of our Spa Day that really set the tone of relaxation. Dining at the restaurant was consistently excellent. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, making every meal a pleasure. Special thanks to Diageo, our sommelier, whose passion and knowledge made dining experience even better. A real highlight was the visit to the winery, a stunning location (its called Pictogram for a reason!!!) with a fantastic selection of wines grown on site. Daniel, our host, was super. Not only was he beyond knowledgeable about the wines but he was so much fun! Each evening, a custom scent was prepared in our room, adding a personal and luxurious touch that made the stay feel even more special. Getting around the resort was effortless thanks to the golf buggies, which were always available and made exploring the grounds easy and enjoyable. In summary, Banyan Tree Veya is a haven of peace and indulgence. Every detail is carefully considered, and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. We can’t wait to return!

I visited Valle de Guadalupe for a relaxing getaway, and Casa Zamora was the perfect place to unwind. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and kind, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, with a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the linens were soft and high-quality—one of the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a while. Every detail, from the cleanliness to the little touches in the room, showed how much care goes into making guests feel comfortable. Casa Zamora is a wonderful option for anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy stay in Valle. I would definitely return! 💛

Location was vey good. Every place went was at most 30 minutes away.

I loved the furniture inside and outside, it was comfortable and cozy. It was great for a couples getaway and excited to return with the kids. The host was on top of everything and readily available for support.

I enjoyed the peaceful seclusion of the property and at the same time the proximity to the resort across the street. I especially appreciated how communicative Jose was on WhatsApp. I had zero issues thanks to how quickly he responded to my messages. That was much appreciated!
