One of my favourite stays - really pretty and authentic- especially loved the garden The hosts are really helpful and always answered any questions. Short walk to "Centro" and also to Seahorse hotel (Hotel Caballito Le mar) for food and drinks

It is a nice small pueblito very authentic to the region and...

It is a nice small pueblito very authentic to the region and mexico fishing town experience. there are lots of projects actively being developed from residences to resort like set ups. I will go back when i am in the merida area again. it is also close the pink sslt harvest xtampu progresso ruins the roads to and from merida appear and seem to be safe well paved lit well at night in many parts. I like it close enough to the circus yet far enough for tranquility.

Telchac Puerto is a very small town, about 35 minutes from Progreso. We went in there 3 times to eat and once to the grocery store. Most of our time was spent in Progreso, as it had so much more to offer.

Showers cold water, food was terrible, almost out of business. Trying to save money on food. Tennis court mesh all ripped. Facilities needs several repairs and upgrades. Lobby restrooms in a very poor condition, not properly sanitized.

The hotel is located approximately 5 minute to the water through a walkway . street side roooms can be noisy if it were a really busy town. 10 minutes to the puerto telchac letters and small pier like area. about 17 minute walk towards a grocery type store super willy. very nice set up within the rom it has everything that you need small fridge iron blow dryer good hot water pressure tv ac its very economical more than what i expected for the price staff was pleasant and helpful.

I love the dead end road with the beach a short walk away and the marina at the hotel. A lot of what I like about this place has sadly changed. Their water pressure is still good (once we got maintenance to come and change the shower head which was completely blocked) The restaurant view is beautiful. Their beds are very comfortable.

There is nothing to like on this property. It's very very old, maintenance is not happening, smell is horrible, everything is falling into pieces, beach is a joke and it's an all inclusive hotel but then only breakfast was included and needed to pay extra.
