Hôtel Klimt was absolutely clean and comfortable. The location is superb. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are clean, large, and well lit. Had blackout curtains for a good nights sleep. Check-in was fast and easy. Great value! I will definitely be back next time I'm in Xalapa.

A great value hotel in an excellent location to explore Xalapa. The room is large, clean, and comfortable. It looks like the hotel is brand new. The room had no exterior windows, which meant I got some great nights sleep without the traffic noise of the city. I extended my stay several times, and this will definitely be my go-to hotel in the future in Xalapa .

I have a medical condition and when I first checked in I thought I would have to leave because the room had stairs and the street felt steep for me to walk up. The front desk man went over and above to find us a room that allowed me to sleep on the lower level and my daughter in the loft. I also paid for parking next door so I could just walk up a ramp and honestly it was absolutely a wonderful stay.

Room service was effective and fast. Room cleaning was great. The bed, sheets, pillows...were exceptionally confortable. TV service was good, blackout curtains were amazing and the sound proof windows helped a lot with outside noises

Location, ease of parking, staff was very friendly and helpful. Their sister hotel’s restaurant (1/2 block away) offers phenomenal breakfast.
