I liked how close it was to many things. We were able to catch the colectivo right down the street and the staff was friendly. Our luggage was sitting in the hotel all day and it was completely safe and untouched.

Is very clean and safe. The staff is very friendly specially the bellboy (Diana) she did a great job. She went above in beyond guiding us thru the city to enjoy nature and tourist areas. And I almost forget, breakfast was very good with a variety of food and fruits.

The art is very good, especially the huge mural by the swimming pool, depicting the Cañon del Sumidero splashed with history. The breakfast was the best of any hotels that I have visited in the last year.

My first stay in Tuxtla, this is a great location located in the mall. Plenty to shop and see nearby. Plenty of room in the lobby to work and visit with others and the room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, I would stay again.

Super clean, great restaurants inside and attached to the outside of the hotel. My family of 8 and my service animal were treated with the upmost care and respect. The pool and the gym are very clean and pleasant, and there's plenty of room for my dog to roam with the grounds outside.

I WISH THE JACCUZI WOULD BE WARM . AFTER A LONG TRIP I WAS LOOKING TO RELAX IN THE JACCUZI BUT TO MY SURPRISE IT WAS COLD NOT HEATED

I really like this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have a restaurant that has really good food at a good price. The rooms are really spacious and are comfortable to sleep in. Also, the pool is a great feature to this hotel. I really like sitting out by the pool and relax. It is also located across the street from Bodega Aurrera where you can buy anything you forgot or food or bottles of water. There are restaurants close as well. A wing restaurant is on the same block. Also, there is an amazing café the other direction on the same block.

Reception staff were great. Kindly accomodated an earlier arrival due to scheduled surgery. Easy access to Taquerias, Cafes and a variety of restaurants. Pharmacies and tiendas nearby.

There is a small area for children to play at. We found it very nice because after a long journey our child was able to stretch, run and play at the playground. Thank you for that little space for children.

This hotel was clean and centrally-located with all the basic amenities including hot showers, good wifi, friendly staff and a nice common area inside in between the rooms. The breakfast was always delicious. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance and Parque Marimba is only a few blocks away (also lots of eateries there).

The service, rooms, and breakfast were excellent. The people at the hotel were always willing to help. It's a good place to stay in the city centre of Tuxtla Gutierrez if you need to.
