To start off, the ladies at reception were wonderful, offered us an upgraded room which we took. Recommend you take a room upstairs, especially #3 was great. In the corner, beautiful view and quiet. Photos as shown are a true reflection of the property. More than enough parking available. Wi-Fi was good. Good water pressure and hot water available. Beds were comfortable. Few receptacles available (one side of the bed), so do recommend you bring an extension power strip.

Xico is one of the most authentic and adorable Pueblo...

Xico is one of the most authentic and adorable Pueblo Magicos I've visited in Mexico so far. Excellent proximity to beautiful hiking and waterfalls and a ton of great restaurants. We were only there for a weekend, but would have ideally spent 3 full days there to experience the town in more depth. Fairly easy to get to via bus from Xalapa.

Many of the waterfalls are not accessible with a normal SUV, 4WD recommended for some. Others like Mata Perros are only accessible during the weekend (We could not find the 'free; trailhead). Great food and coffee options. Week days are quite, weekends are busy.

This hotel was perfect! Exactly what I was looking for. Xico is a super cute town and this hotel reflects the simple beauty of it. Everything was clean, the shared spaces were inviting, the kitchen was nice, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom had everything I needed. I was greeted by Maribel who showed me around and told me if I needed anything to just ask! As a solo traveler, this place suited all my needs. There is also a bonus orchid garden for those into botany :)

Location is absolutely stunning, the Finca is insanely beautiful, the rooms are super beautiful the staff is super nice. You have very tasty breakfast With Genius 3 the pricing to value ratio is suuuper good! It was honestly the best Hotel I've been to in 3 months of mexico travel
