Pleasant Location, close to the everything and the airport.

From the moment I checked in, the service at crownedge was impeccable. The staff, particularly went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome. The room was spotless and was a highlight of the trip. It’s rare to find a place that balances professional service with such a warm atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back

I LIKED THE FACT THAT I WAS ABLE TO CONNECT TO VARIOUS PARTS OF THE CITY. i also liked the complementary breakfast which was nice as well

Friendly staffs, good food etc

We had a late arrival due to flight delay I stayed in contact with management and they were waiting for us at 10pm and even upgraded our room I had lost my voice and the bartender had made me a complimentary honey lemon tea which really helped the restaurant food will do you well large portions you won’t find any like it for miles and their buffet breakfast will have you leaving singing just keep in mind if you have a room on top floors there is no elevator

The stay was cool and the staff did their best to see that things goes right, but my few suggestion is that staff should do better in having broad understanding about the hotel menu.But over all all went well.

The security guard so coordinated the kitchen could made my preferred meal as I don’t eat chilli, nice sea okra soup

Great staff, especially Victor, who was awesome and made the stay special. Excellent little pool which I used every day. Very good value for money.

They are not professionals and lack good customer service, they charged me more than what I was shown on booking.com
