Loved the customer service. Everyone from the security at the gate to the front desk receptionist were extremely helpful, polite and fast at responding to requests. The room itself was boho, but modern, especially for the price. I liked that each room had a different name to it as well. The property is also connected to Ebony Group, so there were a few restaurants in the building next door that we had access to along with a movie theater and more. Overall a 10/10 experience for the price! My husband and I enjoyed our stay here :).

This is not a customer's review, this is an appreciation from a satisfied customer. I checked into Presken hotels at Mojidi Street last night so as to be close to the venue of a meeting I have with some clients . I hurriedly left in the early hours of today because I was almost late. In my rush, I had unknowingly lost an envelope that contains my essential documents and some huge amount of money. I reluctantly went back to the hotel not very sure I would recover the items because I wasn't too sure where the items were misplaced. I went straight to the room and I didn't find the items, then I came back to the reception where I was told that the CSO, one Mr.Michael ugochukwu had found the items on the walkway and had submitted it. I was too impressed when I counted the money and everything was complete and intact. I was too happy. The most impressive act was when I gave him some money just to express my gratitude and the young man turned it down and said "thank you sir, but I was only doing my job, besides I get paid very well for my job" I was over impressed with everything about the hotel and it's staff. I love to swim in the afternoon and the pool is open for me to go. The restaurant & room service was great. My room was very good with the ocean view. Everything was so clean. I love how hospitable the staff was & accommodating to my needs. This place is an affordable jewel in my opinion to get lots of rest and relaxation. Now I have to mention that there is a casino area & it's non-smoking with all the drinks, cashew & peanuts you can eat.

Lagos is a crowded place filled with unfriendly, corrupt, loud, dirty, flooded, poor infrastructure and uncultured people that wants to exploit or steal your money. However, the food, gospel music and prayer culture of genuine Nigeruan Christians made my stay worthwhile.

I like Ikeja because you can move around freely and you get to experience the sweetness of Lagos Mainland with plenty places to visit if you have the time. I usually stay not too far away from the airport. During my stay, I visited ShopRite and stopped by item 7 with my family to pick some fast-food.

Quite a bit to do although you need a take taxi because most things to do were in Lekki. No reason for so much poverty. If you can bring a few dollars because the people will attack you for money due to poor government control and poverty

The apartment is amazing.

The apartment is amazing. Its in a well lite, clean private estate in Lekki Phase 1 with a sea view. The security is amazing. You couldn't get into the estate unless you are provided with an entry code by the host. The door entry to the apartment is keyless and operated using a code, so you dont have to worry about loosing your keys and not being able to gain entry into your apartment. The property manager, Yinka, was waiting for us at the apartment. He was so kind to allow us check in earlier without paying extra. The internet is fast, infact it has 2 separate Internet wifi in the apartment. One set for the TV and the other for general use. Yinka was available even up until 2am to offer assistance. I honestly cannot fault this apartment and the customer service.

I went to famous Balogun market got lots of bargains. Sol Beach was a dream and my apartment stay was very calming. You have to know the time to move. A wrong time, you will spend hours in traffic. Flooded streets better to hire an SUV.

Not recommendable especially if you are coming from abroad. A way to make customer pay more as they will always tell you the room you reserved is not available when you get there. Hence put you in a position that makes you get a much more expensive room especially when you don't have a choice. Poor customer services and facilities.

I stay a total of 5 days and The Hosts cared less about cleaning the place after the first day. The TV in my room never worked. I complained and they did nothing. They only cared about the payment. The Host manager is so non challant and unhelpful. The cleaners were rude and hostile. The Gate men were lazy and you would wait before they do anything. They are never willing or smiling.
