My stay at Alive Beach House was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself is stunning - beautifully designed, quaint, and full of charm. The sunsets are truly out of this world! The surfing was consistently great, and Max was an amazing instructor - patient, knowledgeable, and fun to learn from. Morning yoga classes were a fantastic addition and really elevated the overall experience. We also went horseback riding, which was unforgettable. The restaurant alone is worth coming back for. Every dish felt intentional, fresh, and rooted in the local flavors, without trying too hard. Combined with sunset views, post-surf exhaustion, and genuinely thoughtful service, meals became a highlight of each day. This place doesn’t just offer an experience — it lingers. Easily a 10 out of 10.

This place is a slice of heaven! Beautiful beach location-soft sand, view of flowers, butterflies and waves! Family run, such friendly hosts! Nice people around but also a peaceful scene here. Had family style dinner all at the same table, delicious food. Walking distance to rest of El Transito just down the beach close Had the most peaceful stay and beautiful room with an ocean view and palm trees. The yoga classes were lovely, easy to sign up. Recommend surf lessons with Rafa, he has a lot of knowledge and experience. Still dream of this spot. One of the most lovely places I’ve ever been, thank you :)

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Todo Bueno. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The shared spaces on the property are thoughtfully curated and really lovely. It has everything you need and more. The location is on the quieter end of the beach and just a short walk from some fun surf! Jon and Jenelle are extremely friendly and helpful hosts. We truly loved our time at Casa Todo Bueno and can't wait to return!

I loved the closeness to nature, the quiet and the views you had. It feels like a big family there. Virginia and Danny help you with everything you need - they are the nicest people! The kitchen is very clean and has everything you need. If you’re lucky you also get to know Gerome the owner who is a super fun guy :-)
