The location is perfect being right on the main square. I was there for Kingsday and this was ideal, but anytime of year the location would be perfect. The room was comfortable and, even with the busy Kingsday crowds, quite quiet when I closed the window (I'll admit, I LOVED leaving it open and watching all the excitement below). I strongly recommend this hotel if you are in Breda!!!

Hotel needs a lot of upgrading/improvement.

Hotel needs a lot of upgrading/improvement. Rooms need proper aircon & the corridors & stairways really are in poor condition. I've stayed here a few times & noticed the deterioration over time. Sadly there appears to be little appetite to improve the standards. Check-in also needs improving as it takes too long & the entrance isnt exactly welcoming. Unfortunately whilst the spa is an attraction I wont be back again unless the standards improve. Sorry guys it really is that bad when I compatre it to the other 5 hotels I stayed in on this last trip.

I didn’t realize how much was available it the site when I booked. I thought I was just getting a small boutique hotel but it had an excellent pub and restaurant. Walking around there was plenty of shops bars and restaurants. Also very nice neighborhood and parks Only draw back is only 3 parking spots but there is a very big underground parking garage close by. I new nothing of Etten-Leur but it is high on my vacation spots

A delightful small hotel, quirky and homey rather than arty. Friendly personnel. Large terrace and a charming bar. Exceptional fine dining in the restaurant with an eclectic wine list. The rooms have a character all their own, with views over a well manicured town park. Classic Dutch breakfast buffet.
