SwitzerlandAll the rooms are newly renovated and decorated in different color palettes, which added a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious and the city center was just a short walk away. Free parking was available nearby, which was very convenient. One of the rooms had a terrace - a perfect way to relax after a long day of traveling. The host responded quickly and was very helpful with any questions we had. The house itself is just charming and the rooms had all the amenities one could need. It was a perfect stay - I'll definitely be back for a longer visit!

They know how to party!
They know how to party! Tilburg Kermis is one you must experience but the town gets very busy. The Dutch are very friendly. Great weekend visoting both the Kermis and Efteling. Will definitely be back in the future.

I moved to tilburg when I was 21, It was amazing I'd recommend anyone living in europe who is willing to work or study to try it, take the risk..
I left after covid, I returned to Ireland and I've missed it ever since. Although I still visit very frequently :P... I'd also recommend learning the language!! It is an amazing language to learn the dutch culture is warm and welcoming and if you speak the language it is a whole different world.. they are some of the funniest characters you could ever hope to meet.

Great little town, clean and the people are friendly. Some magnificent old buildings that bring a touch of yesteryear that sit comfortably with the new modern architectural buildings. Places to eat and drink are plentiful.

Small peaceful town.
Small peaceful town. There is an open market on Saturday which is great for shopping vegetables, fruits, sausages and different kinds of cheese. You can go anywhere on foot or with a bicycle. Train station is very good.

The Tilburg Central train station does not have any officers to help and also does not have any office to buy the train tickets, which means you can not buy the train tickets with cash notes. :-(((((((
the city is not a big city but there are nice parks and historical buildings.
One of the best parks is there which is the largest theme park in The Netherlands. A unique park in the middle of nature. It is called Efteling.

A very quiet calm and balanced city.
A very quiet calm and balanced city. Most of the life happens at the Uni and the city centre . Nice shopping area where you can find a good variety of shops and places to eat. Nice pedestrian areas but many had reconstruction and were impossible to cross. Nice bars, a miniature port. Places of interest- a must see : the new city library, the uni campus, the Brabant natural museum. I did not have time for the rest of the touristic locations
The food was great, plenty of healthy offerings too.
Not all places accept cash.

The location of the hotel was excellent for us as we could walk through the woods to Tilburg Hockey Club. Easy to find not far off the motorway on the western outskirts of Tilburg.
The room was excellent. A good size, bed comfortable, bathroom well equipped.
There was a good variety of food available for breakfast. My wife's gluten free needs were catered for well, thank you.

The hotel is located near Tilburg Central Station, about a 5-minute walk away. Nearby there is a tourist area, cafes, bars, etc. . The rooms are colour-coded, contain bunk beds and a sink. Three showers and 2 toilets are available at the common. Super ok staff!!! They offered us a room with 6 beds for two people!!! Free coffee machine between 07.00-11.00.

We were in Tilburg for a concert, the hotel was just around the corner from the venue, very central lots of nice cafes, bars and the shopping area was just down the road, staff were so friendly and nice.
Lovely relaxed vibe, beds were comfortable and room was spotless.
Good selection for breakfast.
We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything. From the Hotel to the apartment. There was enough to do in the Hotel (swimming pool, bowling etc) but also around. It's easy to reach other locations from the hotel with the car (Beekse Bergen, Efteling, Tilburg Centrum) Definitely worth the money!
