I had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect. It was quaint and there are great hikes nearby. The hotel itself is rich in history and beautiful throughout. I particularly enjoyed reading in the library, having dinner while watching the sunset, and spending time in the sauna on the fjord. The staff was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Location and View Its exactly at the point for Fjord and Best/Perfect place to stay in the town. Breakfast at the restaurant was awesome with variety of options available for me being an Indian Vegetarian(110%)

Cute little hotel with an excellent view. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is far up the mountain, but the hosts offer a quick shuttle service for a small fee. They even came down to get us on a day when the road was completely closed off by a broken down tour bus! We decided to walk down the mountain on our return to catch the many viewpoints of the fjord+ waterfall walk and Ian brought our luggage down directly to us. The kitchenette has everything you need, do a grocery shop at the Joker in town before heading up. Lovely view and birdwatching from the kitchen table was great at breakfast!
