Very accomodating and very helpful

I'll come back to stay again this hotel. The property is clean and comfortable.

Situated right on the waterfront you can drink a glass of wine or tap beer right on the canals of Kristiansund and listen to the hushed sqeaks from the nearby marina. Breakfast was on the same waterfront with the same beautiful view and offered a great variety. The coffee machines had many coffee preparation options. There is an EV charging option right in front at the hotel parking lot. I hope to visit Kristiansund again and the same Thon Hotel.

Room was lovely and decently sized. Cleanliness was great! Morning breakfast is your standard continental spread with lots of great options for vegetarians and other dietary requirements. Lot of nice restaurants at a short walk. Highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is very central and nicely connected with a wonderful walking path going towards the mountain. It's functional, comfortable. There are also chargers for electric vehicle at the back of the hotel.

Amazing view, clean comfortable rooms and great friendly service! Right in the city center close to the main square. Parking is not expensive.

Excellent location and view from the balcony

One of our good experience here in norway, the room is not only good its fantastic , the most comfortable bed i slept on, the room is very big and clean, the view to the fjord is breathtaking, the team was very nice and welcoming especially katarina.

Breakfast provided with a nice lake view. Easy access to various tourist attractions.

The breakfast, as always was delicious. I am a vegan and there is always plenty to eat for people with my dietary restrictions. The hotel and room was light and bright, and our view of the channel was so idyllic. I love the area. Although we were surprised by the snow, it was still nice to walk around for a little bit. It is a really charming village. We ate at Restaurant Fosnavag Brygge, which was so friendly, warm and hospitable, and there they even made accommodations for my dietary restrictions. So kind.

The location and facilities were very good

Location and View Its exactly at the point for Fjord and Best/Perfect place to stay in the town. Breakfast at the restaurant was awesome with variety of options available for me being an Indian Vegetarian(110%)

We came late at night and the reception was manned with stafg for easy check-in. The room was very comfy and we were provided with a baby crib. The bathroom were tidy and clean. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent with a big variety of food to chose from. The hotel absolutly exceeded our expectations.

the breakfast was world class, and the roomy setup really gave a nice atmosphere where it is quiet and a nice atmosphere. The room was excellent, location was excellent and I really enjoyed it. Specifically the price/quality was excellent

We loved our stay at Valldal. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the facilities were wonderful. We only wish the weather had been more clear so we could have seen the gorgeous scenery.
