Friendly & helpful staff. We could check in on arrival, because the room was ready. That was a 10/10 moment thinking of the guest and not some clock rule. The breakfast buffet was the best we have encountered in our trip. I loved the ambient lighting / design and mood of the breakfast area, it was quiet and peaceful.
