One of our good experience here in norway, the room is not only good its fantastic , the most comfortable bed i slept on, the room is very big and clean, the view to the fjord is breathtaking, the team was very nice and welcoming especially katarina.

This hotel is in a quiet district of Spjelkavik, less than 15 minutes’ drive from Ålesund. It offers a free evening buffet Monday-Thursday as well as free WiFi and parking.

Cannot say enough good about this place. Great room that looked like it had recently been redone. And the staff were amazing. The director of the hotel made our experience extra special with her knowledge of history in the area.

Without exaggeration, I think this is one of the best accommodations we've ever stayed in. There was a little misunderstanding on the first day, but any matters were resolved in minutes after informing the hosts. Both are so sweet and willing to help, and the accommodation was beautiful. Clean, cosy and comfortable, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable place to stay in Ålesund.

Beautiful fjord view out of three different areas through large windows. This is 3 bedrooms with 4 beds (sleeping 5) plus a sleep sofa in the living room upstairs. Tastefully and thoughtfully decorated with attention to detail- really fabulous, like new as place has been reconstructed in past few years. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with all appliances new and high quality. Much thought put into the layout and flow of the place. The hosts are warm and so pleasant and knowledgeable. They brought fresh coffee and her homemade cardimon rolls as a welcome gift. The rolls are delicious!! This place is underrated on Booking in our opinion. This is truly on the water and specifically set up for guests. We were there for Norway Constitution day and the city fired cannons over the bay- what a wonderful echoing sound of celebration it was. People dressed in traditional clothes for the day and a parade was only 300 meters away. Heaven on the water!

Spacious room as depicted in the pictures. Quiet and comfortable. The lite breakfast of rolls,meats/cheese and melon worked fine. Easiest way to find it is to follow the museum exit sign.
