Good extensive breakfast, friendly and very helpful staff who will do anything for you. It's an amazing location right at the edge of Jabal Samhan, with breathtaking views over the lower lands down the cliff and the city of Mirbat, which magically lights up in the distance at night. Probably the only hotel in the region or even the country at a location like this one.

Dont' get tricked but the outside first impression It's a new business, they try to do their best to make it work. Big bungalows with front porch, clean, comfortable, fairly priced, and with nice view facing the sea. They also delivered some serious breakfast right in the room. Overall, pretty decent service vs money, nothing to complain
