The location was great for us. The breakfast was fantastic.
The location was great for us. The breakfast was fantastic. Love that it was All-Inclusive but unfortunately we were not able to take advantage of all the things they offered like the Rainforest tour and karaoke night. The rooms were clean and the size of the room was great for us. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would stay there again if I'm ever in the area again.

I accidentally booked a room here online through booking.com...
I accidentally booked a room here online through booking.com on my phone while trying to book a hotel in Panama city, FL. For one night and I immediately caught my mistake and tried to have it canceled however you can never speak to someone who can help resolve this issue when trying to call!! I have also tried to get booking.com to help me with this issue as well, and they can't get anyone to help either!!

The rainforests surrounding the area are fantastic, full of tropical birds and animals. Wildlife tour guides will give you the best chance to view these without costing a fortune - and staying at the Summit Rainforest Golf Resort will provide FREE wildlife tours around their vast premises.

I feel it is critical for guests to know that all inclusive...
I feel it is critical for guests to know that all inclusive is NOT the same as other resorts in the area. If you pay a specific amount then drinks and meals should be included as at the Cameron. However, this location is presented as”All Inclusive “ and does not meet the criteria. If one must pay for meals other than breakfast it should be noted instead of travelers going in blind. If they need to raise the rate then so be it but list property as” All Inclusive “ when it is not!

The location is beautiful.
The hotel's decorations are marvelous.
The staff is exceptionally friendly.
The rooms are well insulated, no noise from the neighbors.
Disliked · The menu is small and pricey, so the only option is the buffet, which is quite expensive.
Our credit card was charged hours before we even checked in - at a higher price that we were told by Booking.com.

Superb offer of (hiking and riding) excursions for bird, animal and plant watching, with local tours -- as well as daily shuttles to malls in city center, included in hotel room rate. Two big swimming pools.
Well-maintained golf terrain around hotel perfect for a morning jog and evening walk.
Staff attentive and responsive to small requests, like an additional lamp in my room.
Good breakfast and I was welcomed for a coffee refill.

The hotel is located in der middle of a national park and almost all activities and tours within the hotel's perimeter are free. The parking lot has enough spaces and is free. The breakfast is varied. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The Afternoon Animal Golf-Cart Tour and the Butterfly and Frog Farms were a great experience.

Fabulous location ten minutes from the city, spectacular grounds, super friendly and informative guides, comfortable beds, big rooms. We saw wild exotic animals every time we left the hotel to go walking. Ant eaters, capybaras, crocodiles, turtles, monkeys, mapaches, and the most beautiful birds as close as you could get.
