A beautiful, modern and spacious suite with a large terrace overlooking the Plaza de Armas cost the grand total of $79 U.S.! Staff were delightful and parking was free. Guidebooks and previous comments about this property are out-of-date...the hotel has obviously been engaged in a major upgrade of the guest rooms elevating them to a superior, modern condition. Ayacucho is a beautiful colonial city that will inevitably be featured as an undiscovered gem for tourists.

Breakfast was great, the staff were all really friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower was really nice and warm and the location was very central and near to all of the local attractions.

Excellent location and service!

Great hotel close to the Plaza. Like very close, about 5 mins walking. The market and arc are right in front of the hotel. Couldn't ask for a better location. Very hot water, which was critical during some cold nights. Lastly, the staff members were great, especially Jose Luis. He took care of us from before we arrived. Always friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. We went during semana santa, and his coworker called out, and he worked almost 2 days straight and kept a smile on his face. 10/10 service

Receptinist was very friendly. Helped us with tours for the next day. It exceeded our expectations and we definitely recommend the restaurant of the hotel.

Comfort, cleanliness, good service and attention.

I can honestly say that, out of all of the hotels I've ever stayed in, this one by far superseded any expectation. The rooms are very tidy and have all of the relevant commodities, the distance to the city center is doable on foot, the private bathrooms too, the breakfast is amazing and, last but not least, this was by far the friendliest staff I've ever had the privilege to be helped by. I would absolutely recommend.
