The staff accommodated us early in the morning and also held our bags while we explored Trujillo. Gym was more than adequate and breakfast was good.

The rooftop patio (and small swimming pool) on the 4th floor was a great place to relax. Good location very close to main square. No issue at all with noise which I had read in some other reviews had been a problem.

Exceptional customer service, possibly the best I've seen in Latin America. The little continental breakfast you can get served in your room - with cream for coffee, juice, bread and butter, jelly - was a nice little touch. It's very basic, we supplemented with boiled eggs and cream cheese from off the street. Very cozy and very central hotel.

It was so clean, also the staff behave amazingly, the coziest stay I’ve ever had, i also arrived early before the check in and they still let me in to my room, and the breakfast came exactly at the hour i asked for it to come and it was pretty good.
