The price was fair and it was a nice studio. The backyard space was large and spacious with many seating areas. This studio is located in an area where there are mostly locals. I did not see any tourists which I enjoyed. There are plenty of grocery stores, atms and restaurants.

Every staff member was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they made us feel at home right away.
